岗位名称：海运客服 Seafreight Customer Service

工作地点：厦门

岗位职责：
1、 遵循公司海运进出口SOP流程，处理日常海运进出口业务
2、 定期与客户保持密切沟通，及时了解客户需求，并提供相关建议和解决方案
3、 及时处理各项紧急突发事件，包括客户投诉案例，提供有效的客户反馈意见
4、 负责指定货的确认和操作跟踪
5、 负责回复公司自揽货客户的询价
6、 为公司销售部门提供销售支持工作
7、 完成上级主管交代的其他工作

任职要求：
1、 有两年以上一级货代或者二级货代的客户服务从业经验, 精通操作流程。
2、 具有良好的沟通、协调、应变、接受能力，有强烈责任心和团队合作精神。
3、 熟练使用办公自动化，工作效率高。
4、 专科及以上学历，具有良好的英语读写及口语能力。
