职位描述
Job Function （主要职责）:
1. 负责推动完成所辖区域之市场推广及完成销售目标
2. 制定分公司销售计划并实施
3. 督导、带领销售人员完成任务。
4. 根据公司要求控制存货及应收帐款。
5. 完成长单的及时变更
6. 随时稽核销售人员的各项报表,
7. 定期拜访辖区内的客户，并考察其销售及信用状况。
8. 组织业务早会，周会
9. 带领培训新的业务员
10. 及时总结反映市场信息
11. 执行并完成总经理所交付其他事项。
Qualifications （任职资格）:
- 大专及以上历
- 8年以上销售经验，3年以上管理经验
- 英语4级以上，熟练操作电脑
