Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Independently review contracts, including but not limited to leases, supply/vendor contracts, service outsourcing, IT service contracts, etc; capable of reviewing English contracts independently;

2.Draft and review or revise contracts and other legal documents;

3.Conduct legal research and analysis; advise on contract-related legal issues;

4.Other tasks as assigned by legal manager.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above；candidates majored in law or in English who, in either case, must have certificate of legal profession; fresh graduates NOT acceptable;

2. Nice to have more than two years’ experience in a law firm or foreign funded company; must have good command of contract law and civil law; must have hands-on experience in contract review/drafting (esp. contracts written in English language);

3. Must have good command of English and legal literature; CET 6 or above; good command of English grammar; having adequate English writing skills;

4. Being precise and meticulous; paying attention to details; proactive and quick learne;

5. Must have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
