Key Job Responsibility:

1. In charge of daily HR tasks for the firm including, talent requisition, on/off boarding, talent development.
2. Work with leadership team directly to create company HR processes and shape the whole HR system.
3. Work with location leads regarding resources planning and arrangements.
4. Address employee concerns and maintain an open and friendly communication channel with teams across China.
5. In collaboration with HR from overseas group entity (Mainly US and Germany) for global HR collaboration and coordination.
6. With Leadership team Plan, organize and implement company events to strengthen company culture and tight teams closer.
7. Able to work with external recruiting house and agent for talent searching and maintain a good long term relationship.
   
   

Key Capability needed:

1. Good personality and easy to work with.
2. Can-do spirit and willing to work hard to grow with the company.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. New graduate from HR major or any engineering major with 1-3 years of HR working related experience.
5. Able to understand new technology and feel comfortable discussing about it from an overview level.
6. Experience working with Auto, Aerospace or Tech companies is a plus.
7. Preferably locate in Shanghai.
