Job Description:

Activities:

1. As HSE representative based in TTM lubricants blending plant to implement the HSE management of the plant.

2. As HSE representative of TTM ISO14001& OHSAS45001 management systems or Group managements system to ensure the systems are well maintained.

3. As HSE representative of TTM, to implement the HSE Management of new Project or new Facilities installation.

4. Assist HSE Manager to Provide HSE training to Total staff and contractors to ensure they are aware of Total’s HSE policy/procedure. 

5. Assist HSE Manager to Identify potential risks and non-conformance factors then take corrective actions to minimize the risks by onsite safety inspections and toolbox meeting.6. Follow up corrective and preventive actions based on findings by management safety tour report. 

7. Assist HSE Manager to cooperate with relevant government agencies, ensure compliance of our operations.  

8. As HSE representative working with SMT committee, working with SMT setup and implement, take action during Transportation emergency.

9. Assist HSE Manager to enforce the implementation of 12 Total Golden Rules in the all operation practices. 

10. Assist HSE Manager to develops and maintains Emergency Response Plan for the company and organize relevant drills. 

11. Assist HSE Manager to ensure all safety systems are in place and well maintained to minimize the technological risks.

12. Identify the health & hygiene risks and implement control measures to protect employee’s health.

13. Assist HSE Manager to manage the environmental risks in terms of waste water treatment, waste dispose, air emission and noise. 

14. Assist HSE Manager to manage the security guards’ daily work, leading Security team, response on Plant staff & facility security. 

15. Keep close communication with plant management by regular safety meeting and daily corporation. 

16. Assist HSE Manager to Report all incidents (near miss/deviations/first aid/accidents) and key indicators to management. 

17. Assist HSE Manager to Monthly HSE report on RAMSES with all HSE activities. 

18. Together with HSE Manager, Assist TLC&TTM HSEQ manager on other projects such as CSR, WSD…etc.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Combine with HSE manager to build and enhance HSE culture amongst staff. 

2. Dedicated in onsite HSE operation and make construction safety under control. 

3. Ensure the effective operation of HSE management system.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor degree, major in environment and safety or chemical; 

2. At least 5 years experience related to HSE work

3. Be familiar with quality system, ISO14001 and OHSAS45001

4. Certified Safety Engineer is preferred

5. Good at communication,  able to work under pressure and good leadership

6. Carefulness and have a good execution to follow work plan

7. Preferable background in Mechanical experience on construction phase.

8. Fluent in both written and spoken English

9. Have certain training and presentation skill.
