The Rubbermaid Commercial Products division (RCP) is one of the business lines under Newell Rubbermaid and it is the world's leading manufacturer of injection-molded products. RCP specializes in solutions for Cleaning, Safety, Waste Management, Material Handling and products for the Catering/Foodservice industry, for various types of sectors in particular for Healthcare, Hospitality, Building Services and Industry... Main Responsibilities:
- Identify key end-user targets within the hospitality, food chains, property management and related end-user segments.
- Be a product expert with RCP products that may serve the hospitality, food chains, property management and related segments.
- Be a product expert with competitive products that serve the segments; and fully understand the features/benefits/pricing of RCP products vs competitor products.
- Understand current applications performed by the end-users that may benefit from RCP products.
- Establish strong relationships with the end-users; and demonstrate the advantages of RCP products and thus create demand for the products.
- Facilitate the specification of RCP products with key end-users; and drive compliance.
- Provide training to end-users; and introduce our new products to them.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with others in the organization to ensure end-user pull-thru marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall strategies and objectives of the business.
- In collaboration with the regional marketing team, contribute to product development efforts to better meet the needs of end-users and create additional RCP sales and margin growth.
- Engage closely with the sales team and others to ensure distribution to key end-users and to ensure other service needs are met.
- Provide updated pipelines of new projects by city in China, indicating potential end-users, projected RCP sales opportunities and probability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business/related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in both sales and marketing roles.
- Commercial products experience, including commercial end-user market development.
- Extensive customer exposed experience (at least 1 year experience in MANUFACTURING industry)
- Experience in creating strategic account business plans (incl. Promotional selling, NPI and P&L management)
- Commercial products experience, including commercial end-user market development.
- Some experience with a foreign MNC expanding their China presence.
