Duties and responsibilities:

1. Lead POS loan underwriting analytical team;

2. Establish, maintain, and review credit risk monitoring report, including scorecard, strategy efficiency, product mix, etc.;

3. Assess risk and implement proper strategies for new product, new project, new scorecard, and new process;

4. Watch out market dynamics and change in regulations, tweak underwriting strategies in a timely manner, and provide necessary guidance to the modeling team, to ensure the efficiency of standard product and standard process, and existing scorecard;

5. Identify risky segment, problematic product/process, data source and system issue and find out the solution timely.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, preferably with major in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information management, Statistics, and Mathematics;
2. Minimum 5 years of experiences in retail credit risk management;
3. General knowledge about consumer financing products in China;
4. Deep understanding of scorecard, credit risk management, and portfolio management;
5. Must have excellent analytical skill;
6. Must be able to use MS Office, SQL, VISIO on a daily basis;
7. Medium level proficiency in Python. Familiar with SAS EM, SAS EG, or SAS VA;
8. Effective communication and strong negotiation skills;
9. Good people leadership and project management skills;
10. Self-motivated and are able to work under pressure;
11. Able to react quickly with excellent business acumen to Micro and Macro-economic changes;
12. Business proficiency in English speaking and writing.
