Responsibilities:

1. To monitor the operation team for data quality;

2. To coach the operation team towards to customer service excellence;

3. To work out SOP for entire export operational team in order to iron out the workflow;

4. Cross train the staffs to improve their skills and knowledge, service level and productivity;

5. Maintain the smooth relation with all carriers and service providers;

6. Handle the complaint case and offer proper solution to prevent the complaint;

7. Maintain and develop relation-ship with all clients in order to maximize the business opportunities;

Requirements:

1 College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant;

2 At least 5 years sea operation experience in freight forwarder company; and of which more than 1 years in a managerial role.

3 Fluent in English ;

4 Excellent communication skills.
