Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Ensure effective and comprehensive internal control evaluation implement for each department in the company according to the evaluation plan, internal control policy and internal control manual;

2.Work closely with Compliance, Internal Audit and Risk Departments to monitor the implementation of policies and procedures and identify potential loopholes;

3.Communicate staff in different departments to warn if there is a lack of proper procedures in the operation;

4.Examine business process to assess the adequacy of internal control and risk in the company;

5.Follow up on corrective actions and improvements over risk incidents in the company;

6.Write various reports on internal control.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.Two years or above working experiences on internal control, audit, compliance or risk management in financial institutions or in other companies;

3.Preferably experience with work in multinational teams;

4.Proactive, solution bringer;

5.Strong communication and cooperative skills;

6.Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese;

7.Capable of understanding and dealing with structured and complicated tasks, pay great attention to detail in documentation, work under stress and meet the deadline, good user of MS Word, Power Point, Excel etc;

8.Uncompromising on ethics and compliance.
