Job Description：

To support the IV team development. Define, analyze and solve current and future situations for customers within each Industry vertical. Analysis is related specifically to chosen industries.

Be able to identify in the matrix organization how to get and filter the data to have the right signals.

To support from internal and external resources market insight for each IV and analyze them. 

Responsible for conducting analysis and creating reports in regular basis (improve if necessary) as per the team’s needs. Functional support IV managers and IV team leader for commercial activities. 

1. Select, analyze, plan and execute IVs market intelligence

To create regular IVs market intelligence reports based on: 

1）Customer insight approach

2）Industry and supply chain expertise

3）Developing and delivering innovation and insight for each IV

2. Responsible for conducting analysis and creating reports

Execute day to day processes and perform data management applying a combination of data mining, data modeling, and data analysis; new models/cost structure analysis and/or problem analysis. For example, GOP, volumes.

3. Marketing functions within IV team

Marketing support for each IV, engaging and aligning with the marketing department.

Prepare marketing/presentations materials for the IV team leader

4. Functional support for commercial activities

Functional support to the IV managers and IV team leader for the commercial activities

5. Logistics market analysis

Study and analyze logistics industry, including possible M&As, new opportunities, new business models and/or new revenue streams

Job Requirement：

Minimum 5 years as analyst (preferable 3 years logistic background)

Minimum Bachelor diploma holder

Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.

Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. And possess advance skills for data acquisition and analysis (i.e. experience with sequel data base, Mini-tab, SQL, Access, etc..) 

Logistics industry knowledge either airfreight, ocean freight contract logistics or supply chain management.

Ability to work with other Yusen functional groups to increase understanding.
