JD:
1.Trade Marketing Support (Regional AO)
?Marketing expense planning, management and controlling of local sales activities and distributor program
?Have a thorough communication with regional AO sales team and make professional and timely support to them to fulfill the sales target.
?Attend regular sales meeting and act as the bridge between trade marketing and sales share the marketing plan and key messages
?Support sales manager to manage the marketing data and produce the marketing tools to support sales target
?Provide on-site support on marketing function for key activities
2.Indirect Purchasing for trade marketing activities
?Support trade marketing activities on local purchasing with Gift Pool and central Mkt. supplement platform as a priority
?Well control the suppliers with cooperation with purchasing dept.
?In charge of the stock management of Mkt. goods.
3.Seasonal & Ad-hoc Promotion Management
?Coordinate, implement & evaluate the promotional programs with the in-field team as well as other products and bundling promotion and take initiatives to meet specific channel needs.
?Provide the feedback of the field situation and initiate improvement proposal to ensure the final results of consumer sales.
?Collaborate with and support Marketing team in broader initiatives for national promotion and key activities
4.Cross-functional support
?Support trade marketing team on daily operation
?Provide cross functional marketing support to other team.
JR:
-2 years Marketing experience in relevant industries, lubricant is preferred
-Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and execution skills
-Be creative and strong self-motivated
-Down-to-earth working attitude, detail oriented and good teamwork spirit
-Fluent Mandarin and English
