Job description：

1、 参与推进产品规划、工程开发、制造工程、计划物流、营销/售后等部门制定企业级BOM管理体系；

1、Participate in promoting product planning, engineering development, manufacturing engineering, planning logistics, marketing/after-sales and other departments to develop enterprise-level BOM management system;

2、 协调产品规划、工程支持、制造规划、售后工程等部门，制定CR\EWO\MWO\SWO等产品变更流程，以满足企业级变更流程的在工程开发、成本核算、制造可行性、售后维修置换性方面的全局联动；

2、Coordinated the departments of product planning, engineering support, manufacturing planning and after-sales engineering, and formulated the change process of CR EWO, MWO, \SWO and other products to meet the overall linkage of enterprise change process in engineering development, cost accounting, manufacturing feasibility, after-sales maintenance and replacement;

3、 协调产品营销、市场规划、工程开发、制造规划、售后工程等部门，制定产品销售配置、工程配置、生产配置、售后配置管理体系，支持未来产品的个性选配和客制化定制；

3、Coordinated the departments of product marketing, market planning, engineering development, manufacturing planning and after-sales engineering, formulated the product sales configuration, engineering configuration, production configuration and after-sales configuration management system, and supported the individual selection and customization of future products;

4、 负责企业级BOM管理系统整体规划的基础上，制定EBOM\MBOM\SBOM等产品BOM数据管理结构，以满足产品的模块化开发、柔性化制造、精准维修及索赔服务；

4、Responsible for the overall planning of enterprise BOM management system, formulated the BOM data management structure of EBOM, MBOM, SBOM and other products to meet the needs of modular development, flexible manufacturing, accurate maintenance and claim service;

5、负责企业级BOM系统的建设和开发，制定与PDM/MPM/ERP/MES/DMS/STMS等系统的集成；

任职资格：

Qualifications:

1、 计算机、机械工程或汽车工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历，有5年以上工作经验；

1、 Bachelor degree or above in computer, mechanical engineering or automobile engineering with 5 years working experience;

2、熟悉整车开发流程，对于产品配置管理、BOM管理、企业级变更管理，有较深入研究；

2、Familiar with the whole vehicle development process, and have in-depth research on product configuration management, BOM management and enterprise change management;

3、具有企业级BOM管理系统的实施或管理经验；

3、Have the implementation or management experience of enterprise-level BOM management system;

4、具备高效沟通、组织、协调和执行能力，善于运用新的工作方法解决问题，具备较强的数据分析和解决问题的能力。

4、Have the ability to communicate, organize, coordinate and execute effectively, be good at solving problems with new working methods, and have strong data analysis and problem solving ability.
