A. Provide daily technical support for Ray-Ban.com.cn and Ray-Ban.com.hk include:

1) Report generation for daily/weekly/monthly sale report and financial report.

2) Issue and problem management (cooperate with global team)

3) Business requirement management (cooperate with local business and global team)

4) Change and release management (cooperate with global team)

B. Provide daily technical support for E-com sites on all 3rd party platform (Tmall, JD, VIP, SECOO and etc..)

1) SAP Bill report generation

2) Issue and problem management (cooperate with local and global team)

3) Business requirement management (cooperate with local business and global EC team)

4) Change and release management (cooperate with TP and SAP team)

5) Support for any new EC channel like social e-commerce and etc..

Knowledge and skills

• Windows and MS office skills
• SAP Business Objects
• SQL Server
• Good communication skills
• Good data analysis and reporting skills
• Good speaking, reading and written English is preferred
• Good requirement analysis and project management skills
• Good EC business sense
• Disciplined and hardworking

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• 5+years of related/solid E-com IT support experience required;
• Retail/FMCG related experience preferred;
• Experience communicating with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing techinical support
• Ability to work independently
