岗位职责：
1、负责处理厨房的运作及行政事务；
2、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任；
3、保持对厨房范围的巡视，对下属员工进行督导，及时解决现场发生的问题，帮助下属提高工作能力；
4、督导厨房对食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量，合理地控制食品成本；
5、妥善处理客人对出品的投诉；
6、检查厨房所属各岗位员工的操作规范。
任职资格：
1、年龄25岁以上，身体健康；
1、5年以上餐饮业工作经验，3年以上厨师长工作经验；
2、具备良好的沟通和协调能力；
3、具备良好的责任心、市场创新意识；
4、具备良好的团队管理和梯队建设能力；
5、具有外企工厂食堂后厨管理者工作优先。
