岗位职责:

1、 市场调研与分析，规划市场战略，制定市场工作计划，提出线下市场推广、渠道、异业、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；

2、 组织和监督实施年度/季度/月度市场推广计划；

3、 策划并执行与本地的市场活动；建立本地公共关系管理；

4、 管理管辖范围内市场部团队，培训并指导下属员工的工作。

任职条件:

（1）大专或以上学历，两年以上教育行业或亲子行业市场管理经验。

（2）工作努力，激情有活力，积极进取，责任心强，有上进心。

（3）高度的工作热情，良好的自信心和团队合作精神。

（4）出色的人际沟通能力、谈判能力、团队建设能力、组织开拓能力。
