Manager - Key Account Management

 

Reporting to: GM – Key Account Management

 

Responsibilities:

1. Quotation & SOP preparation.

2. Finalize SOP with customer.

3. SOP internal implementation.

4. SOP maintenance and updating.

5. Contact window for customer.

6. Operation performance monitoring and continue improvement.

7. Report preparation.

8. Customer review meeting and service improvement.

9. Vendor Compliance monitoring.

10. Carrier performance management.

11. System implementation/ training in Asia region.

12. Billing statement preparation.

13. Operation guidance for Asia users.

14. Complain handling.

15. Profit monitoring.

 

 

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years working experience in global freight-forwarding company, middle size above company will be preferred.

2. 2 years above at supervisor or management level.

3. Good command in English speaking, reading and writing.

4. Good excel/ word/ PPT/ reporting skill.

5. Business development experience will be also welcomed.
