We, WND & Cold Chain product team of Maersk IT, are looking for an experienced solution architect to design and implement solutions that support the business goal of aggressively growing and pursing emerging opportunities.

The Architect (together with the team) will be responsible for designing and developing a variety of solutions for Maersk’s WND and Cold Chain business, including WMS, WCS, application integration, data analytics, automation, IoT and so on. He or she will collaborate with IT Enterprise Architect, developers, security team, business stakeholders to provide global, robust, secure and scalable solutions.

• Work with business partners to translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Drive the overall application landscape and architecture – Total / End-to-End warehouse and cold chain solutions.
• Participate in the continued definition of our strategies.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to ensure the compliance with overall IT architectural principals.
• Collaborate with security team to provide a secure architecture.
• Participant in cross-functional, cross-discipline architect teams to enhance / set the architectural direction for key business initiatives.
• Share and present architecture to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

• Develop standards, patterns, best practices for reuse and acceleration. For example, the implementation guideline of JDA WMS, global template design of JDA WMS.
• Guide teams along the way in best practices in development, configuration and implementation.
• Provide technical recommendations to address business needs and drive to resolution.

• Prove out new technologies through proof of concept work
