任职要求：

l Educational Degree ：Mechanical/Automotive engineering教育程度：机械/汽车工程

l Foreign Language ：English (Required), German or Japanese a plus外语要求：英语（必须），德语或日语（尤佳）

l Computer Skills：MS Office, MS Project电脑能力：MS Office, MS Project

Professional Experience Required：经验要求

l University degree or college diploma in the field of engineering (Mfg or Mechanical preferred)工程类本科学历或大学文凭(制造或机械类尤佳)

l .一年以上项目管理直接工作经验，包括所有的过程开发和执行。

l 3+ years direct work experience in an automobile company (preferably a tier 1 supplier or OEM) 三年以上汽车行业直接工作经验（一级供应商或主机厂尤佳）

l Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project熟悉项目管理软件，如：MS Projec

l Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.能够遵循优先项，要求及时间节点的变化，有分析和解决问题的能力

l Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. 能及时有效地对项目调整及变更做出反应

l Flexible during times of change.灵活应对各种变化
