Principal Accountabilities ：                                                                                                                                              

  

1. Develop category strategy with Global category manager by understanding internal business impact as well as the market trends 

  

2. Analyze supplier base and Purchasing scenarios to achieve TCO reduction target

  

3. Execute P2P process including supplier sourcing, bidding / negotiation, contracting as well as supplier management

  

4. Contribute to Co performance by improving services, process and technology with innovative spirit  

  

5. Ensure compliance with purchasing policy and process in daily operation

  

6. Understands the overall team goals and works beyond his/her defined role within the team to ensure entire team's success

  

                                                                                                                                                              

  

                                                                                                                  

  

Key Qualities Required ：                                                                                                                                               

  

1. Mastery of P2P process, e-procurement and purchasing ERP system (Oracle is preferred)

  

2. Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills

Qualifications：                                                                                                                                                     

  

1. Bachelor degree minimum

  

2. Minimum 3 year’s experience in Marcom (BTL) categories at MNC

  3. Good written and oral English
