General Purpose of the Job

The candidate will be dedicated support one of the world most premium sporting brand Arc’teyrx fast growth in Greater China. To act as key finance business partner, pro-active collaborate with different brand functions to deliver valuable finance insights.

Main Responsibility Areas

？ Assist Brand Finance Manager in drafting Annual Budget, FC1/FC2 & Strategic Business Planning. Full P&L scope planning template preparation, business input collection and analyzing.

？ Prepare weekly finance KPI dashboard, monthly finance review deck with valuable variance analysis to drive business KPIs.

？ Controlling brand sources and investments with focus on:

- AP&E Marketing spending budget management, tracking and controlling.

- GTN management, budget approval for GTN programs and tracking the overall spending status.

- Store expense planning & analyzing, increase investment visibility to improve spending efficiency.

- Check month end brand opex to ensure period expense are booking completely against forecast.

？ Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Role Specific Competencies

- Retail or FMCG industry preferred.

- Faster learner, able to work under tight deadline.

- Sensitive to finance figures and generate strong analytical skills.

- Skillful on Excel is a MUST.  

Education

Bachelor’s degrees in Finance or Accounting

Needed Working Experience

5 years above work experience in FP&A, Finance Controlling field in MNC.
