Job Purpose:

to manage the special raw material categories and suppliers in Asia, and to implement relevant category sourcing strategy of Raflatac group, which is a regional role in supporting Filmic and Specialty business.

Key tasks:

· Create regional category sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams

· Develop supply market knowledge

· Establish category specific know-how (products, usage, performance)

· Lead the specialty product qualification process for new solutions, substitutions, suppliers

· Lead the negotiation process with regional suppliers

· Lead supplier relationship management and development programs and performance follow-up

· Create and maintains effective communication network, both externally and internally

· Region specific reporting

Requirements:

· Understanding of labelstock products, or paper/printing/polymer filmic related industries.

· Knowledge of sourcing and contracting processes

· Negotiations and presentation skills

· Willingness to work both self-initiated and as team member

· Influencing skills in a regional, multi-functional organization

· Strong networking and relationship building capabilities

· Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks in one time

· University degree or equivalent professional qualification

· 5+ years relevant experience

· Fluency in both Chines and English
