任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、具有2年以上招聘经验，熟悉招聘流程及招聘渠道、能独立开展招聘工作；

3、熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧；

4、熟练使用各类办公软件。
