岗位职责：
1) 确保符合PPG EHS法规、质量体系和PPG实验室实践标准
2) 负责并执行产品开发和修改以满足客户需求
3) 产品测试与评估，获得客户产品认可，支持业务量增长
4) 维系PKG科技和技术服务网络、商业广告网络、并维系与其他区域技术团队的良好关系，为AP区域识别新材料或新产品，并根据当地市场/客户需求进行个性化服务定制
5）为内部和外部客户提供强有力的技术支持，持续改进产品和工艺
6) 与技术服务团队合作，根据安全发布协议，为区域内的新产品、新技术提供技术支持

1.硕士及以上学历，化学或相关专业

Responsibility:
1. Ensure Compliance with PPG EHS regulations, Quality systems, and PPG Lab Practice standards.
2. Responsible and Execute Product Development and Modifications to meet Customer Requirements,
3. Product Testing and Evaluations, Gain Customer Product Approvals, Supporting the growth of the business;
4. Network with PKG S&T and Technical Service, business commercials, well connected other region technical team as well, Identify new materials or new product to AP region, and customize based on the local market / customer requirement;
5. Provide Strong support to Internal & External Customers with Technical Expertise for the continuous improvement of Product and Process.
6. Work with Technical service team and provide technical Support for New Product and New Technology within the region under the Secure Launch Protocol

Other Requirements:
