What is Production?

s the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

As the Sustainability Developer for Social you will be the key person to develop our supply chain partners on social sustainability and to secure H&M standards regarding social issues. Your focus will be to conduct audits and project development activities while working in communication and cooperation with suppliers. In this role, you will be a key person to ensure H&M’s social sustainability goals are moving in the right direction!

Who are you?

As the Sustainability Developer for Social you will be working both with external and internal contacts to clarify requirements and to ensure our suppliers operate by H&M standards of working. The ideal candidate needs to have a good understanding of human rights issues and issues around working conditions. For this role, we are looking for someone who has strong data analysis, statistics and stakeholder management skills with fitting background, preferably from non-government organizations. Strong communication will also be a key element when deciding who we will hire for the role as you will need to build relationships globally across H&M.
