1. Chief designer in the antenna team on the design and development of antennas for Company worldwide customers.
2. Main interference with customer antenna design engineers to communicate on the design requirements and provide consistent update and review.
3. Lead cross-functional team in analyzing difficult antenna issues and make necessary decision on antenna performance and pattern improvement.
4. Research on antenna technology to provide technology edge over competitors.
5. Research on mm Wave antenna array technology
6. Strong innovative spirit to provide technology edge over industry

1. Analyze project antenna requirements in close cooperation with the customers.

2. Design antennas for consumer products and IOT products by using software simulator or prototype experimental techniques to win business.

3. Develop antenna product specifications and define optimum technology for the antenna assembly.

4. Develop antenna array both forSub-6GHz and mm Wave base station application

5. Work with a project design team to develop new antenna products and bring it to mass production with good yield.

6. Set-up reliable and stable antenna testing, assist manufacturing department to implement them on production lines.

7. Design, run, analysis and implement DOE with good cost sense.

8. Reviews design and analysis done by the junior engineers and provide recommendations.

9. Develops positive relationships with other engineering disciplines and other Molex functions, such as technical, manufacturing, and marketing to support client needs.

10. Participate proactively in general antenna procedure improvement and antenna team process

11. Research advance antenna concepts in trade and professional journals to determine state-of-the-art antenna technology

12. Presentation of antenna technology to the customer

13. Coaching of junior antenna design engineers for design and manufacturing.
