RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides recommendations and alternative solutions for addressing customer delivery issues 
Identifies process improvements for team 
Regular external vendor interaction for managing the customer delivery process 
Identifies process gaps and makes recommendations for improvement 
Provides carrier routing and setup 
May provide customer order tracking & status updates 
Sometimes provides cost tracking 
Participates in process enhancements projects

QUALIFICATIONS
Major in Business, Engineering, or any other analytically intensive field (preferred but not strictly required)
Fluent in English and Chinese
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
