Job Responsibility:   

-Factory and laboratory audit according to the INMETRO regulations；   

-Witness testing of vehicle components at manufacturer locations or China National Testing Laboratories for homologation purposes, checking the test reports；

-Support customer in approval document application；   

-Understanding needs of customers and assisting the Sales Team in China to develop and increase homologation business in China for whole vehicle；

-Technical validation according to INMETRO regulations；  

-To manage projects regarding homologations (coordination of activities, cost control, project follow-up, definition of targets, proposals for getting the targets...)；

-To create, develop and manage a team of Engineers supporting testing activities in this field；  

-Team building and expand the personal capacity (e.g. signatories and authorization).   

Job Requirement:   

-Engineering Bachelor Degree, Automotive Related specialization；  

-Good communication skills (able to teach clients about technical requirements).Confident with the ability to understand and state English technical regulations；  

-Strong customer and service orientation, with high level of initiative and proactive approach. With high level of commitment with the responsibilities and high identification with corporate objectives； 

-Able to work on an entrepreneurial, dynamic and very international environment (daily contact with foreign colleagues), work under pressure；

-Willingness to travel if required.
