Key Responsibilities 

- Works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality. 

- Works directly with suppliers or tier 2 supplier if required to assure quality of supply for PCBA.

- Performs QSA/QPA and CIP to ensure supplier quality. 

- Coordinates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or Ops Review process. 

- Works with functional leaders to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders on quality initiatives.

Requirements 

- Major in mechanical, material, quality engineering, …relevant .

- Good learner to quickly grow up.

- Supplier qualification & Audit.

- New process and new technology enablement.

- Quality performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement.
