职责描述：

1、设施规划：根据公司战略规划，统筹用户部门研发、试验需求，全面负责动力总成试验中心的规划，对有限的场地资源进行有效的规划利用；

2、试验室建设：全过程管理，包括布局规划、项目立项、项目审批、项目实施，直到交付运营。制定项目进度和预算并在项目生命周期内进行有效管理，协调各方工作界面和关系，确保项目按时保质保量完成；

3、设施设备维护：负责组建团队，维护试验中心现有厂房和公用设施，完成对实验室各种测试仪器、设备与工具的维护与管理，确保设施高可靠性运行；

4、运营工作：收集并评估用户部门需求，实施设施改造，满足研发试验需求。负责制定年度维护预算，并确保预算得到批准。负责动力总成试验室试验流程制定、资源调配、数据管理及试验室安全管理工作。

5、试验工作：组织制定PT系统的测试规范，负责组织、实施动力总成系统性能设计验证（DV）、产品验证(PV)测试，对测试前试验的规划，试验中问题的解决以及试验后数据的可靠性负责。

6、支持公司三智横向业务开发。

Responsibilities：

1. Facilities

planning: According to the company's strategic planning, coordinate user department

R&D needs, take charge of the planning of the powertrain test center, and

make effective planning and utilization of limited site resources;

2.

Laboratory construction: Whole-process management, including project planning,

project approval, project implementation, until operation delivery. Make the

project schedule and budget, manage the project effectively during the whole

process, coordinate the work interfaces and relationships of all parties, and

ensure the project can be finished on time.

Maintenance of facilities and equipment: Responsible for building the team

which aiming to maintaining the existing workshop and facilities of the powertrain

test center. Complete the maintenance and management of various test

instruments, equipment and tools in the laboratory to ensure the high

reliability of the facilities;

4.

Operation: Collect and evaluate the needs of user departments, implement

facilities modification to meet the needs of R&D test. Responsible for making annual maintenance

budget and ensure the budget is approved. Responsible for powertrain laboratory

test process development, resource allocation, data management and laboratory

safety management;

5.

Test work: organize and formulate test specifications for PT system.

Responsible for organizing and implement the performance test of DV and PV of

powertrain system. Responsible for the planning of the pre-test test, the

resolution of the test and the reliability of the data after the test.

6. Support company 3-smart

additional business developing.

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科及以上，汽车工程、机电工程或工程管理相关专业，10年以上相关工作经验；

2、具备良好的项目现场施工管理经验，良好的跨团队沟通协调及团队管理能力；

3、熟悉国家对OEMs相关的政策法规。

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive

engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering or engineering management,

at least 10 years relevant working experience;

2.Good project site construction management experience,

good cross-team communication and coordination and team management ability;

3.Familiar with national

policies and regulations on OEMs.
