1.        Make the inspection criteria and maintain it Control the incoming material component quality

2.        Prepare the ISO quality system document and maintain it

3.        Daily communication with Plant Manager, Production Team and Suppliers concerning quality issues

4.        Daily monitoring of actual quality and quality reports controlling and reducing quality cost while maintaining or improving quality

5.        Working with vendors and procurement to assure quality materials are delivered and to aid procurement department in finding quality vendors.

6.        Deal with the quality complaint from customer，and coordinate with customer

7.        Interfacing with US Management on schedule and materials procurement and controlling Vendor Quality

8.        Ability to use AutoCAD to modify drawings and translate work instructions along with professional English interpreter as needed. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Access Database as needed to track data and make out procedures.

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electronic

2.At least 3 years of QC work experience in automotive industry

3.Familiar with ISO quality system

4.Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to communicate internal and externally
