Duties and responsibilities:

1.Understanding of business requirement, process and applications in use for the consumer finance, close cooperation with Business Users, as well with both Internal and External IT Partners;

2.Support manager to setup & improve the test methodologies / tools / objectives / standard / procedure within team, to be aligned with IT BA department objective / procedure and IT compliance / security / regulation standards and rules;

3.Issue Collection and Quality Reporting according to the findings detected during test phase, identify space for improvement on purpose of UAT delivery quality, and communicate with relevant sponsor of IT delivery phases for implementation;

4.Build-Up the knowledge pool in well-organized structure, maintain and accumulate knowledge from both internal and external, arrange and conduct training to the teams;

5.Participate or support complicated / critical testing tasks, provide input or review test approach / strategy / scenarios, ensure it is fully tested E2E both internally and also by responsible business teams/owners;

6.Drive or support resolution for complicated / critical problem or issues both in test environment and production environment;

7.Build up and continuous automation test.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or equivalent degree in IT related;

2.Fluent English (spoken and written);

3.Business awareness and process mind-set; Good planning & Follow-up skills;

4.Good communication and networking skills, Problem-focused & Open & Fairness;

5.Ability to work under pressure, Reliability and Flexibility;

6.Experience / Knowledge in IT process and delivery lifecycle, as well in IT applications/architecture/data flow;

7.Experience / Knowledge in test management, both manual and automation test;

8.Excellent skills in problem analysis and investigation;

9.Excellent skills in problem analysis and investigation, trouble-shooting;

10.Knowledge of SQL, XSD, WSDL;

11.Experience with mobile applications;

12.Familiar with JIRA, SOAP UI or other testing tools;

13.Knowledge of development tools/languages, Agile Delivery Approach;

14.ISTQB / ITIL Certifications.
