Position Title: Senior Sales Representative

Reports to: Account Manager

Location: Shanghai

Job Summary:

The Chain Store Senior Sales Rep's main responsibility is executing a sustainable route-to-market strategy for Everyday Writing category in the Chains store/channel (including book stores, toy stores, stationary chains, etc.), also collecting and feedback the situation and competition of WACE category to the company. The key objective for this role is to build and maintain the network of distributors supporting the chain store business, to drive excellent distribution & execution to achieve sales & financial targets.

Job Duties:

• Follow the WACE route-to-market development strategy for Chain store to gain the wide distribution, outstanding display, meet the annual sales target and weighted distribution in key chain store.
• Build and maintain a good business network with different level distributors via conducting annual business plan, daily operation, business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing/display/assortment and promotion management.
• Work with Channel Marketing and brand activation team to have yearly A&P plan and review and track the plan with best ROI
• Work closely with Supply Chain functions to have the good forecast plan and service rate
• Build and maintain good relationship with chain store leaders to ensure reaching the weighted distribution and the best in-store execution, with proper promotion in peak seasons

Requirements:

University/College Degree majoring in Business related field

Strong retail store management experience, knowledge, skill.

Strong customer management experience (key account mini / super preferred), knowledge and skills, minimum 5 years’ experience in Stationary/ FMCG industry multinational company

>40% Traveling required
