General Role

Overall coordinate the after sales service work for SH Maison and ensure the after sales service quality following the national guideline.

全面负责爱马仕之家售后服务工作,确保售后服务质量。

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily reception and distribution working for repair item cases.
• 负责日常的维修品接收及发放工作。
• Responsible for all the communication with ASS SH and the following up with customers for all the repair item cases in SH Maison.
• 负责所有维修品与上海维修中心的联系工作和与客人确认维修报价、时间等具体事宜的跟进工作.
• Responsible for repair items’ keeping.
• 负责所有维修品的存放与保管。
• Responsible for repair items’ information managing and filing of SH Maison.
• 负责店铺接收的所有售后商品的信息统一管理和存档。
• Help customer to exchange after Paris issue credit note for repair items.
• 在巴黎为客人的维修品发放Credit Note后，协助客人进行换货。、
• Responsible for system operation for all repair items of SH Maison.
• 负责店铺所有维修品的系统操作。
• Handle daily communication related to ASS issues
• 负责处理和解决日常售后的沟通。
• Responsible for in-store daily ASS training.
• 负责店铺内日常的售后培训。
• Ensure handing in ASS reports on time.
• 确保所有ASS 报告的准时上交。

Requirements & Capabilities:

• At least 3 years well traced working experience in customer service position, including luxury industry and hotel service background
• 至少3年良好的客户服务相关工作经验，包括奢侈品行业或酒店服务相关背景
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• 本科学历及以上
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a plus
• 普通话、英语流利，能说法语者优先
• Strong sense of service
• 良好的服务意识
• Good communication skills and a team player
• 良好的沟通技能以及团队合作精神
• Pay attention to details, be responsible for work.
• 对待工作耐心细致，责任感强
• Good command office software application (word, Excel, PPT);
• 熟练使用办公室软件
