The TME Intern will work with the fellow technical marketing engineers and solution architects in the Storage Portfolio organization of the Unstructured Data Storage business. The UDS business consists of Isilon and ECS product lines. The primary responsibility of the technical marketing engineers and solutions architects is to enable our global technical pre-sales personnel.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Must be able and willing to write code to support and extend internally developed test automation infrastructure, presales tools and to solve problems using software/utilities you design and write.

- Ability to support teams on hands-on testing and document interoperability between Isilon products, 3rd party applications, servers, switches and provide the sales team with best-practices and whitepapers on how to best use our product

- Assist in localization of white papers

- Help develop, author, publish and deliver technical product information, tools and best practices guides that enhance the field sales and support teams' ability to sell the Isilon clustered storage product line and software applications.
