岗位职责：

1、负责公司核心应用系统的运行维护和生产数据维护等相关工作，协调解决信息系统运行中的故障，确保生产环境正常运行；

2、负责与业务部门沟通，受理开发需求；负责向供应商传达需求，组织需求分析，确定开发计划；

3、负责或者参与指定信息系统的测试、验收、上线等工作；

4、定期完成信息系统数据备份和数据存储保管，组织完成灾备系统演练工作，确保灾备系统正常运行；

5、负责生产环境版本库管理工作，完成系统上线操作；

6、供应商管理，负责与供应商进行沟通，协调解决问题的解决进度以及需求版本的交付管理。

任职要求：

1、学历：大学本科或以上学历；

2、工作经验：3年及以上工作经验；

3、专业要求：计算机相关专业或信息管理相关专业，具有金融财务复合专业背景者优先；

4、技能要求：熟悉标准sql 语言，熟悉Oracle 使用环境及相关配置；

5、英语要求：有基本的英语听说读写能力

6、有汽车金融行业工作经验优先；

7、具备较强的沟通协调能力，工作认真细心，踏实肯干，执行力强。

Objectives:

    

This position is responsible for delivering and maintaining business critical application system for AFC retail business, which includes daily system operation and issue solving, change delivery with managing external vendors, reliable handover from implementation phase to operation phase.

    

    

Job responsibilities:

    

·       Analyze and evaluate business requirements based on customer needs and relevant IT regulations (internal and external) in order to optimize company business processes.

    

·       Regularly review all relevant system documentations to ensure quality of daily operations.

    

·       Develop and maintain IT application documentation.

    

·       Provide 2nd level support and act as the bridge to 3rd level vendor support team.

    

·       When technical issue occurs, maintain strong customer relationship by consistently communication during entire incident and problem resolution.

    

·       Monitors contracts including review and approval of pay requests and change orders; maintains regular communication with service provider.

    

    

Job requirements:

    

·        Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

    

·        3-5 years of experience in application solution or delivery teams.

    

·        Knowledge of common application development platform, Oracle database, web service, SDLC, ITIL, PMP etc.

    

·        Knowledge or experience in financial sector is a plus.

    

    

Competencies:

    

·        Must have knowledge of company supported application and systems.

    

·        Able to pay attention to technical details with hands-on experience

    

·        Flexible, able and willing to take on different responsibilities.

    

·        Strong communication skills with English and Mandarin.
