Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Establish positive relationships and communication within all levels of the organization to better understand the needs;

2. Assist with coordinating special projects related to organization-wide office facilities, including new office development, associated moves and/or office refurbishments;

3. Track and support all space planning and MAC;

4. Obtain and manage current information for the facilities inventory; Enter new and revised information into computerized or automated system;

5. Report on current room utilization and dimensions for all offices and assign or classify space according to specific office sites and pertinent standards and procedures;

6. Maintain information and data on new construction, renovations, and various remodeling projects;

7. Prepare related reports for our offices on space feasibility, inventory and utilization studies and data;

8. Assist leadership and local Facilities teams in identifying problems, trends, or future space needs and recommend changes in space assignment and inventory processing to managers and key partners;

9. Foster collaboration and communication with the Facilities teams to meet project and space goals;

10. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) and limited travel;

11. Ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone and read printed material as duties are performed in a normal office environment.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of space planning experience for 100k m2;

2. Ability to multi-task in dynamic and demanding environment;

3. Strong communication and organizational skills;

4. Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), V look-ups, Tableau and pivot tables preferred;

5. Ability to follow direction, set priorities and follow through.
