Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create and automate risk reports and daily routines used for business decisions of the whole organization – especially in risk field;

2. Ensure the critical reports data accuracy and on time availability;

3. Prepare monthly portfolio reports ;

4. Monitor and assess pilots and new products performance;

5. Raise new requirements for Data warehouse and Hadoop preparation and follow up;

6. Work on the ad-hoc analysis, reports and simulation;

7. Arrange the SQL and Data warehouse trainings for new comers of Risk;

8. Encourage team members to have outstanding performance.

9. Challenges awaiting for you:

1). You would be driving a transition from Excel and OBI reporting platforms to Tableau reports;

2). You will start the switch from DWH to Hadoop;

3）. You will be leading and developing a team of people willing to learn;

4）. There is a lot of routines to be automated – they are all waiting for your commands.

Requirements:

1. Hunger for learning new things and improving existing;

2. Masters degree in informatics, mathematics, statistics or other technical field;

3. SQL programming, ability to optimize "script"s, create functions, procedures and packages;

4. Excel skills, especially for Excel functions and VBA;

5. Visualization skills, OBIEE, Tableau;

6. Hadoop and Python knowledge (or the willingness to learn);

7. Fluent English;

8. Be a team leader;

9. Be effective in communication.
