Purpose of the position

Responsible for providing business & financial support to business

Principal responsibilities

-Support month-end closing and annual closing process  

-Prepare monthly management report as pre agreed timeline

-Support business/financial integration for new projects including acquisitions/mergers

-Quickly identify the business reasons behind plan to actual financial variance and underlying explanations as pre agreed timeline

- Drive the annual planning process and prepare relevant and reports

-Lead and drive business decision support including specific initiatives/programmer support, eg: what if analysis, make vs buy, market product decisions, profit improvement, cost management, supply chain optimization, pricing, trading working capital analysis etc  

-Assist business development for new projects, implementation and continued monitoring to ensure consistency with Linde Group policy and guidelines

-Assist the development and implementation of KPIs, Scorecards etc

-Maintain good communication channel and relationship with BU and provide professional knowledge backup for BU business decision making 

-Support system implementation including but not limited to SAP, PM, BW, TM1 etc

Required qualifications/experience

-Bachelor degree in Financial or Accounting

-2-3 years' work experience in financial accounting

-1-2 years'  work experience in planning and financial analysis is first  

-Very good at data analysis on excel and PowerPoint  

-Good oral and written English

-Working knowledge and experience in system (ERP/SAP)
