As a Senior Sales-Marine Industry, you will be part of the Industrial Automation (IA) Business and Turbocharging Business Line (BL) based in Guangzhou. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in BL Function Marketing and Sales Product Group/ Turbocharging Business Line (BL) / Industrial Automation (IA) Business in Guangzhou /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Head of End User Sales, you will achieve targets set according to LBU strategy, accountable for Order Receive, Revenue, Account Receivable, Margin and Customer Satisfaction and build long term of good relationships with assigned customers and also new business End User Influencing.


- Execute sales strategies, sale plan and sales support activities.
- Deliver sales targets, margin and incentive targets, customer visit plan.
- Conduct customer seminar, technical session.
- Build long term of good relationships with customers.
- Explore new business opportunities.
- Ender Users influencing for new building projects.
- Good communicate and coordinate with other departments.
- Ensure executing the existing rules and policies as Circular Letter and Compliance.
- Support market intelligence and business development to drive business growth.
- Competitor awareness.
- Other jobs assigned if necessary.

- Good knowledge of marine / offshore section industry is required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- High technology and troubleshooting skills in Engines and Turbochargers.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good at team work.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
