Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. Be able to complete sales plans developed by the company and have sales and marketing skills across the country

能够完成公司制定的销售计划，并在全国范围内，均具有销售产品及市场营销的技能

2. With the ability to develop new customers, and establish perfect customer information, maintain the ability of existing customers, and promote long-term cooperation between the company and customers.

具有开发新客户的能力，并建立完善的***，具有维护现有客户能力，促进公司与客户长久合作关系

3. Carry out the cost recovery work in strict accordance with the company's prescribed account period, and fully recover the overdue customer charges.

严格按照公司规定账期进行费用回收工作，对已超期客户收费工作进行全力追缴

4. Regularly return to customers, collect customer opinions, complaints and other information, and report to relevant departments to jointly negotiate solutions to improve service quality.

定期回访客户，收集客户意见，投诉等资讯，并上报相关部门共同协商解决方案，提高服务品质

5. According to the company's sales requirements, provide weekly report and other information, participate in the company's business meetings and professional training on time.

按照公司销售要求，及时提供周报等信息，按时参加公司的业务会议及专业培训，并能有所支持

Requirement 胜任要求 :

1. College degree or above

大学专科及以上学历:

2. At least 2years sales experience in the logistics industry

2 年以上物流行业销售经验

3. Proficiency in the use of logistics import and export professional English; Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

能熟练运用物流进出口专业英语;能熟练操作各种办公软件

4. Have good learning ability and be able to continuously learn industry knowledge and sales skills

具有良好的学习能力，能够不断学习行业知识与销售技巧

5. Responsible and patient with work, team spirit, hard work, challenge, cheerful personality, strong language skills

对工作有责任心和耐心，有团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，勇于挑战，性格开朗，语言表达能力强
