Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. Manage the recruitment activity, such as recruitment process, channels, cost.,etc.

管理招聘活动，例如招聘流程，招聘渠道和招聘成本等。

2. Responsible for the recruitment of vacancies, including job posting, resume screen, interview arrangement, candidate interview and offer negotiation, etc.

负责空缺职位的招聘，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排、候选人面试和招聘谈判等。

3. Build up pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified target candidates and contacts to establish/maintain talent pool

开拓候选人的渠道，与合格的目标候选人和供应商保持联系，建立维护人才库

4. Enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction

加强管理层和员工的沟通渠道，提高员工满意度

5. Understand the job responsibility of all employees, coach and manage their performance

了解所有员工的工作职责，能够指导和管理他们的工作表现

6. Organize HR activities and programs to improve employee’s motivation and engagement in work

组织人力资源活动，提高员工工作积极性和参与度

Requirement 胜任要求 :

1. At least 6 years HR experience, skilled on recruitment

至少6年以上人力资源招聘经验

2. College degree or above

专科及以上学历

3. Self-motivate, high independency and diligent attitude

积极性强、独立能力佳、态度勤恳

4. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

熟悉Office、Word、Excel和PPT等办公软件

5. Team player and with good communication to employees & managers

能够与员工和上司保持很好的沟通，团队合作能力强
