Objectives:

Delivers ITsupport to users & customers for technicalproblems and IT issues. Maintain a full range computer systemsincluding but not limited to PCs, network, servers and IT facilities.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible for assisting usersin resolving IT issues as 1st line support

· Administration IT facilities likeprinters, IP phone and etc.

· Configure new PCs and softwareinstallation.

· Assist to maintenance network, servers,storages and etc.

· Perform daily IT operations

· IT assets management

· Other IT tasks as assigned

Job requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology or a related discipline.

· 3+ years related work experiencein Information Technology.

· Working knowledge of corenetworking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wireless/VLAN)

· Demonstrated experience inaddressing and solving IT issues with suppliers and clients

· Good knowledge of PC windows& Active Domain environment, standard MS application and Windows Servers

· Good knowledge of network devices, such as switch, firewall and etc.

· Excellent communication skillsand interpersonal skills

· Good command of English

· 信息技术或相关学科的大专学历

· 3年以上信息技术相关工作经验

· 核心网络基础知识（LAN / WAN /无线/ VLAN）的工作知识

· 在与供应商和客户解决和解决IT问题方面具有丰富的经验

Competencies:

· CCNA or MCITP/MCSE or related certificatesfirst
