1.负责总机电话的转接；收发快递，制作快递明细，核对账单；及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式；负责保管公司各种手续、手册 负责日常办公用品的申请、购买与发放；

2.负责集中采购的前期协调；办公用品的个人领用并记录；入职员工发放新入职大礼包，离职员工回收办公用品

3.负责汇总酒店信息、签订协议酒店并及时更新；协助员工预订酒店；酒店账单的核对及其他情况的处理

4.负责联系供应商制作电子版名片；与员工确认名片信息是否正确，无误后安排制作；名片账单的核对，***及其他事宜 负责打印、复印文件和管理各种表格文件；制作员工牌及名牌；

5.协助各部门进行文件扫描与打印；负责打印设备维护，相关设备及时添加打印纸 协助组织公司活动的开展；协助公司员工福利的发放；协助公司员工生日聚会；公司宣传片展示

6.对公司设备及植物等维护；保持前台卫生，监督保洁的卫生情况，负责公司饮用水的管理；来访人员接待、指引、联络等；办公室巡场，信息安全检查

7.协助HR、SD完成员工考勤记录整理；每日员工考勤准确记录；最迟离开人员管理；员工权限申请、变更、关闭管理

任职要求：

1. 全日制大专及以上，3年及以上行政经验。

2.具备良好的公文写作、文书处理、前台接待、办公软件等相关知识；

3.具有较强的执行力及服务意识，良好的合作倾向，对自我的认能力较好，有团队意识
