Archibat is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER or AN INTERNATIONAL LEADER IN THE PRACTICE OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, URBAN DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE to join its Chongqing branch. Established in 1978, our client has a superlative record for realizing Quality Environment for Governments, Institutions and Investors covering public amenity, property, tourism, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
1,Promote, project and position the Company as a premier international advisory and design consultancy;
2,Develop and implement a marketing action plan to meet business targets and objectives;
3,Pro-actively drive and lead structured marketing and selling to maximize new work winning for the Function Group and the wider ACLA and Hyder businesses;
4,Develop and build trusted relationship with top tear Clients;
5,Actively set up, develop and share a network of industry contacts to establish business opportunities;
6,Actively manage a key client program to meet objectives in line with Company Procedures and Systems;
7,Approve, prepare, and oversee the preparation - technical and fee proposals and submissions and cross-selling of all ACLA/Hyder services;
8,Liaise with Professional Excellence Groups to share and support best practice initiatives and use of resources to enhance company wide quality excellence in work winning and delivery;
9,Approve and oversee project "Go/No Go" procedures to minimize bidding and business development costs whilst maximizing wins;
10,Proactively identify new market - and value added service opportunities.
Qualifications:
1,5 years' experience in consulting, contracting or allied businesses;
2,5 years' experience in significant commercial and managerial areas;
3,Registered Professional in Urban Designer / Landscape Architect / Architect or other relevant affiliation;
4,Excellent English skills.
Position to be based in CHINA/CHONGQING
