The Job

l  Focus on aligning GCN forecasts and drive supply chain to support GCN sales strategywith clear understanding and validation.

l  Deal with SNP alters.

l  Join S&OP monthly meetings to optimize planning figure.

l  Work with SC team to allocate the demand which exceeds supply properly

l  Balance inventory level to ensure delivery performance with reasonable investment

l  Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root cause / shortages and drive to close the gap.

l  Integrate with HQ SNP team Market Supply Team to solve SNP technical issue, enhance cooperation.

l  Communicate with internal or external customers, suppliers as well as third parties.

l  Establish effective SNP planning methodology to align with GCN management, Supply chain, production centre.

l  Create suitable analytics method, leverage the result to improve forecast accuracy & Bias.

The Incumbent

l  Bachelor degree or above in business analysis, Math , Economics, Supply Chain, Automation, Mechatronic, Mechanical etc.

l  5 years’+ of relevant working experience in SCM, including MRP or SNP function.

l  Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/APO tools required.

l  With strong systematic and logic approach.

l  With good communication skills.

l  Proficient in spoken and written English.

l  Basic knowledge of factory or automation industry is necessary.
