【What You Will Do:】
Cooperate with Business team and Marketing to identify customer needs or portfolio gap of Solid/Powder platform, then initiating innovation projects as required to fill the white space.
Have knowledge of solid/powder technology, including solid/powder product formula design, critical control point of manufacture process and package design/selection. Design creative approaches to achieve target performance of innovation projects.
Familiar with innovation project management process, independently lead assigned research projects or customer facing projects using existing or novel scientific methods with guidance from senior researchers or manager. Manage the projects and monitor progress to ensure project launch with aligned timeline and on time in full.
Provide technical recommendations, on-site technical support and laboratory support to customers, sales and marketing; provide technical comparisons to competition and sharpen Ecolab program’s advantage.
Support field tests of experimental products and/or new products for commercialization, including sample preparation, field test survey/questionnaire preparation and field test result summary.
Understand Ecolab’s technology as practiced globally; know how/when to leverage effectively.
Work with Regulatory to ensure all products/programs in compliance
Work with process engineering to smoothly transfer lab formulas to manufacturing and provide support to QC for product batches complain.

Good communication skill, able to effectively work with multifunctional teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain), country, regionally and globally based.
Experience in developing solid/powder product, including tablet, powder and solid blocks, including formula development and manufacture process in Chemical, Pharmacy and FMCG (or related industry) R&D and/or Applied Technology,
Strong project management skill, work with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain as technical project leader and technical contact window.
Open minded team player, also self-starter
2+ Years’ experience in product development and technical service role in Chemical Industry, Chemical Raw Material, FMCG or Pharmacy segment. With solid/powder experience is preferred.
Fluent oral and written English
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical discipline with 2+ years’ work experience.
