职位描述
本职位工作地点位于青岛黄岛。
POSITION SUMMARY
? Coordinate daily operation between FTN Qingdao office and warehouse.
? Ensure warehouse provide excellent service and improve continuously.
? Communicate with overseas office or customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Resolve any issue in MPO receiving and APO loading independently.
? Report product and package damage to customer for further instruction.
? Coordinate with broker on customs clearance for in/out BLP.
? Support Qingdao office to complete Etrans and GOL data entry.
? Review warehouse’s performance periodically to find the field can be improved.
? Be responsible for preparing relevant reports per SOP and managers request.
? Check warehouse’s file and record, ensure that our shipments can be tracked within one year at least.
? Be responsible for warehouse performance, conduct continuous improvement with SD & I manager.
REQUIREMENTS
? Colleague or above with major of logistics or international trade.
? About 3 years working experience in international forwarding company and two years working experience in managing warehouse.
? At least one year working experience in handling po management customer.
? Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
? Good communication skill.
? Excellent computer skill.
? Sense of customer service.
? Can work under pressure.
? Has team work spirit.
