Project SDE(Welding)(欧美独资公司,大型工程建筑设备制造商，要求熟悉PPAP，英语熟练)

Job Summary:

Supplier evaluation, improvement and parts development at suppliers.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

Secure high level suppliers and support supplier selection through SEM.

Help to launch stable, new models through APQP/PPAP.

Manage corrective and preventative actions at supplier regarding quality & delivery issues.

Improve supplier quality level & delivery performance through SQDP (Supplier Quality Development Process), Process Audit, Capacity Audit, Six Sigma, QI project, Index Audits, etc.

Reduce the part cost through IPPS (Improved Production Process with Supplier), VA/VE, Lean, etc.

Lead sourcing projects through GSP (Global Sourcing Process).

Lead management system improvement projects at supplier.

Manage supplier relationship

Performing other Supplier Development Business Plan actions.

Handle other work assigned by SD Manager.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or Quality or R&D or Manufacturing engineering dept in related field. (Work experience in the automotive, Construction Equipment or similar industries is preferred)

Technical knowledge about related commodity

APQP & PPAP knowledge is preferred

Good computer skills (MS WD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT)

Strong communication Skills

Project management skill is preferred
