 Job Description:    

1. Audit employee expense report according to Golbal T&E policy in a timely manner.

2. Maintain employee master data and DOA in Concur system accurately and timely

3. Prepare monthly KPI report and analysis top spenders expense by entity during closing period.

4. Manage company corporate card and do the recon for credit card transitions with QAD entry

5. Accrual the processing expense report from concur system to QAD in month end

6. Assist AP supervisor for concur implantation for Asia JV plants and Japan.

7. Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. Such as bank reconciliation, VAT reconciliation.

8. Assist internal and external audit

9. Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures

Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor in accounting, finance and economics; Fresh graduate with exercitation experience is welcome

2. Knowledge of Japanese and Korean is preferred

3. Good inter-personal and communications skills

4. Team spirit, willing to learn and can work under pressure.

5. Good command of English & Mandarin
