Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:  

 

 1.  Provide various financial statements for the group, assist CFO in formulating the company strategy, and preside over the formulation of the company's financial strategy plan.

      为集团提供各种财务报表，协助CFO制定公司战略，并主持公司财务战略规划的制定。

 2.  Review financial statements and submit financial management work reports. 

      审核财务报表，提交财务管理工作报告。

 3.  Improve the construction of the financial department and conduct effective internal control.

      完善财务部门建设，进行有效的内部控制。

 4.  Assist CFO in fund management, supervise fund management reports and execution of pre- and final accounts, and monitor the company's major capital flows. Calculate the cost of financing the company's investment activities and proposes the most economical way of remuneration.

       协助CFO进行资金管理，监督资金管理报告和预、决算的执行，对公司重大资金流向进行监控。并且对公司投资活动所需要的资金筹措方式进行成本计算，提出最为经济的酬资方式。

 5.  Assist CFO in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and financial risk controlling of major investment projects and business activities.

协助CFO对重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制。

 

 6.  Coordinate the company's relationship with banks, tax offices and other government departments and external auditors to safeguard the company's interests.

协调公司同银行、税务等政府部门以及同外部审计师的关系，维护公司利益。

 

 7.  Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important matters of the company, and provide financial analysis and decision-making basis for matters such as production and operation, business development and foreign investment.

       参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业的生产经营、业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据。

 

 8.  Supervise the company to abide by the laws and regulations of the state's financial, taxation, foreign exchange, banking management, as well as the company's articles of association and board resolutions.

       监督公司遵守国家财经、税务、外汇、银行管理等方面的法律法规，以及公司章程、董事会决议。

  

 

    Requirement 胜任要求: 

 

 1.  教育背景Educational background

      Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors

      会计、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历 

 2.  工作经验Work experience

      More than 5 years of financial work experience, including more than 3 years of experience in financial management of multinational corporations or enterprise groups

      5年以上财务工作经验，其中3年以上跨国企业或企业集团财务管理工作经验

 

 3.  能力素质Ability and quality

                      

    1)  Have a more comprehensive theoretical knowledge of accounting profession, modern enterprise management knowledge, familiar with financial laws, regulations and systems;

         具有较全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉财经法律法规和制度；

    2)  Familiar with financial related laws and regulations, investment, import and export trade, corporate financial systems and processes;

         熟悉财务相关法律法规、投资、进出口贸易、企业财务制度和流程；

    3)  Familiar with tax law policy, operational analysis, cost control and cost accounting;

         熟悉税法政策、营运分析、成本控制及成本核算；

    4）Good verbal and written communication skills.

         良好的口头及书面表达能力。

    5）Strong judgment and decision making skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills;

         具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力；

    6）Careful, rigorous, and strategically forward thinking

                           工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维
